CIBSTYLE LLC is a thriving small business specializing in handmade press-on nails... We're looking for a passionate Sales & Service Associate to join our team with driving sales and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
* Welcome and engage with customers, providing exceptional customer service.
* Assist customers in finding the perfect nail size and style, offering expert advice and product knowledge.
* Explain application and removal techniques.
* Recommend nail care products to enhance their experience.
* Follow and achieve CIBSTYLE sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
* "Go the extra mile" to drive sales
* Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
* Build connecting relationships with customers when possible
* Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the RMU design)
Sales:
* Process POS (point of sale) purchases transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
* Audit cash drawer and cash receipts, while resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
* Upsell and promote weekly sales and special deals.
RMU Management:
* Maintain a clean and organized shopping area
* Stock shelves with products, ensuring adequate inventory.
* Inspect product quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Take initiative to replenish merchandise and keep the RMU presentable.
* Open/ Close the RMU
* Assist with stocking products.
* Inventory count at the end of the daily, weekly and monthly
* Taking out trash at the end of the day.
* Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company policies.

Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand for extended periods.
* Ability to bend, kneel, and stoop, especially when handling stock and on the RMU.
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
* Ability to move freely around the sales floor.
